JUMBO Academy, the training division under the JUMBO Group of Restaurants, is an incubator of talents in Singapore’s Food and Beverage (F&B) industry renowned for our innovative and practical training programmes. For years, JUMBO has dedicated itself to helping learners discover their talents and potential, guiding them to become skilled professionals in the hospitality workforce.
We are recognised by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) as an Approved Training Provider (TP) for Workforce Skills Qualifications courses. Our holistic training programmes are also given the WPL:READY Mark, a part of the Workplace Skills Recognition (WPSR) Programme by the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE) led by Nanyang Polytechnic.
Our courses are carefully designed to give learners a solid foundation in relevant theories while providing them with hands-on training. We strive to empower individuals with the skills and confidence to grow in the F&B industry by bridging the gap between textbook knowledge and practical application. This comprehensive approach has earned us the title of Certified On-the-Job Training Centre (COJTC) by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), and we are proud to be one of Singapore’s pioneering On-the-Job Training (OJT) Champions in the F&B industry.
